This strategic project with AIRC aims to engage Generation Z through a three-step journey: a podcast, an event, and a co-living experience. Led by AIRCFactory, the initiative builds a distinctive and participatory community within the Third Sector. Through empathy and a snowball effect, The strategy empowers Gen Z to amplify AIRC’s mission, transforming initial disinterest into active involvement and meaningful impact.
